Maniraj Singh Juneja is an IIT Delhi and MIT alumnus with a balance of tech, business knowledge, and experience. After completing his fellowship at MIT, he co-founded madeinhealth.com which got acquired by Healthkart.com in March ’12.
Post that he was inspired to make a new, innovative approach to make marketers’ lives easy with a special focus on the intricacies of e-commerce, online user behavior, and social media.
Under his aegis, Amitoje India has become a Pioneer in Foldable POSM Display Stands, with 1 acquired and 3 pending patents. Amitoje understands the pain-points of marketers and how to get rid of them through efficient design. We offer solutions to some of the largest retail companies in the country.

Our incentive policy is purely performance based and uncapped. Typically we see well performing employees earn anywhere between 40-80% above their gross salary as incentives. Exceptional performers earn even upto 200% salary as incentives. We have one of the most generous variable pay policies in the industry.
Almost all departments at Amitoje India enjoy incentives beyond fixed pay in their roles. Incentives are also applicable for new joinees.
The calculation is done based on clear and transparent formulas based on performance by an automated backend system for various roles, having no manual intervention or room for bias.
Incentives are paid on a monthly basis along with the salary for the given month.
Incentives are monetary and paid along with salary into the bank account of the employee.
